Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of end-to-end promotional campaigns within the Electronics, Books, Hardlines & Virtual Goods (EBHV) categories.
- Assist in monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and generating reports to provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Work closely with Marketing, Logistics, and Seller Operations teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and a superior buyer experience.
- Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior within the EBHV space.
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks including seller communication, asset management, and quality control of campaign listings.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field).
- Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and the evolving retail landscape.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis) and data visualization tools.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A proactive learner who is passionate about TikTok's ecosystem and its community.

- Resilient and adaptable, able to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Strong ownership and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently.
Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $23.75.
