About the role
The Business Management Instructor - Adjunct (on-site) will provide instruction in various business management courses.
Responsibilities
- Teach business management courses on-site at Keiser University.
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions.
- Mentor students and provide guidance on their academic and professional development.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited institution.
- At least three years of teaching experience at the college level.
- Experience in adult education and/or corporate training preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of current business practices and trends.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse student populations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
