We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- Hybrid | Arlington, Virginia | DHS Suitability Required (metadata)
- Intro paragraph: "If you are looking for an opportunity to build your career while supporting national critical infrastructure and working alongside experienced professionals, we would love to talk."
- "Why This Role Exists" paragraph: "The work we do has real impact, and the people behind it matter just as much. D&G Solutions is seeking an Early Career Business Management Analyst to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED). CISA leads national efforts to enhance security and resilience of the Nation's critical infrastructure. Within CISA, the SED Sector Risk Management (SM) Sub-Division executes Sector Risk Management Agency (SRMA) responsibilities for CISA-led sectors and supports CISA's role as a National Coordinator for critical infrastructure and resilience. This role supports program operations by tracking action items and information requests, analyzing data, preparing reports and briefings, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with internal stakeholders."
- "What You Will Do" bullet list: multiple items.
- "Required What We Are Looking For" (maybe heading "Requirements"): BS/BA degree. 1+ year of relevant experience. Must be proactive and possess exceptional initiative. Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively across teams. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
- "Preferred" paragraph: Working knowledge of, experience with, or interest in critical infrastructure protection, sector management, advisory, and stakeholder engagement functions.
- "Clearance and Eligibility" paragraph: DHS Suitability required or ability to pass clearance investigation to obtain
- "Location Hybrid with an onsite requirement in Arlington, Virginia."
- "Who We Are" paragraph about D&G Solutions.
- "What We Offer" bullet list: Competitive salary | Comprehensive benefits | 401(k) | Bonus and profit sharing | Flexible hours | Education reimbursement | Generous paid time off
- "Final Note" paragraph.
We need to produce sections: About the role (maybe intro + Why This Role Exists?), Responsibilities (What You Will Do), Requirements (Required What We Are Looking For), Qualifications (maybe Preferred?), Skills (Proficiency with Microsoft 365?), Benefits (What We Offer), Pay (maybe not explicit; they say Competitive salary but no specific number; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says Competitive salary but not a number; is that considered stating pay? The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive salary" as part of benefits list. That is a statement about pay but not a specific figure. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It says "Competitive salary" is stated, so we could include Pay section with that statement? However they also have Benefits section with list including Comprehensive benefits etc. The "What We Offer" includes Competitive salary, Comprehensive benefits, 401(k), Bonus and profit sharing, Flexible hours, Education reimbursement, Generous paid time off. So we could have Benefits section covering those items, and maybe Pay not needed separately because salary is part of benefits. But they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Pay and Benefits into one Benefits section? But they have separate headings for Pay and Benefits. We should only include sections when posting has real specific content for it. The posting mentions Competitive salary (pay) and benefits list. So we could have a Benefits section that includes both salary and benefits items. Or we could have Pay section with "Competitive salary" and Benefits section with the rest. However they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So better to have a single Benefits section that includes compensation and benefits. But the headings list includes Benefits and Pay separate; we can choose to include only Benefits if we think it covers both. The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It's examples, not mandatory to use all. So we can include Benefits only.
We also need About the role section: could combine the introductory paragraph and "Why This Role Exists". That seems appropriate.
Responsibilities: "What You Will Do" list.
Requirements: "Required What We Are Looking For" list.
Qualifications: maybe "Preferred" paragraph.
Skills: maybe "Proficiency with Microsoft 365" could be under Skills, but it's already in Requirements. Could also be separate Skills section but we already have it in Requirements. To avoid duplication, we could put Microsoft proficiency under Skills section and keep Requirements for degree/experience etc. But the posting lumps them together under "Required What We Are Looking For". We could split: Requirements: degree, experience, proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative. Skills: Microsoft 365 proficiency. That would be more specific. However we must preserve all substantive info; splitting is fine as long as we don't lose info. We'll create Requirements (degree, experience, proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative) and Skills (Microsoft 365 proficiency). Also Preferred could be Qualifications.
We also need to include location/hybrid info maybe under About the role or a short paragraph. Could include location in About the role paragraph.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. There's none.
We must not include duplicated lines.
We must not include application instructions.
We must not include Job ID etc.
Now craft HTML.
