About the Role
The Business Loan Admin Manager supports BNC National Bank's commercial lending department by leading a team of Business Loan Administrators. This role ensures high-quality administrative and servicing support for Agricultural and Commercial Loan Officers, maintaining accurate, compliant, and efficiently processed loan files from origination through closing.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Business Loan Administration team to ensure consistent, high-quality loan documentation, servicing, and team engagement.
- Oversee all commercial loan documentation, including pre- and post-closing loan functions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
- Partner with commercial loan officers and credit analysts to support production needs and serve as the subject matter expert for complex loans and documentation questions.
- Develop and maintain department procedures and workflows to strengthen team performance and operational consistency across markets.
- Maintain accurate customer and loan documentation records, conduct quality control reviews, resolve documentation deficiencies, and support audits and examinations related to commercial and agricultural loan files.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of advanced commercial and agricultural loan administration, commercial lending, or quality control experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to lead change.
- Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
