Position Overview

Robert Half Legal is partnering with a respected Pacific Northwest law firm to identify a Litigation Attorney for its growing Business Litigation practice. The role offers hands‑on experience with sophisticated commercial disputes, significant client interaction, courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to manage cases through all phases of litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation‑related documents.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
• Manage discovery, case strategy, and motion practice.
• Collaborate closely with partners and other attorneys on complex litigation matters.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide practical, business‑focused legal advice.
• Contribute to business development and practice growth initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $125,000 to $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association.
• Minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably involving commercial or business disputes.
