Responsibilities

• Experience in supply chain litigation, commercial disputes, and/or matters involving international trade and tariffs
• Strong experience drafting pleadings and motions
• Developing case strategy
• Managing matters independently or as part of a team
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Sound judgment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines

Requirements

• At least five (5) years of experience
• Preferred location is Detroit, but candidates may also be based in other Michigan offices, or Washington DC
• Candidates must indicate their office of interest in the cover letter
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
• Admission to practice in the applicable jurisdiction is required

Pay

• For applicants in Chicago and Washington, D.C., this position has an expected starting salary of $205,000, which may vary depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.
