BUSINESS LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

About the role
The Nashville, Tennessee office is seeking a Business Litigation Associate to join our team. We support our attorneys with structured training and mentorship, clear paths to advancement, and exposure to varied and sophisticated matters.
Responsibilities
- Handle written discovery, depositions, and drafting pleadings and substantive motions
- Attend mediations, court appearances, and assist at trials and arbitrations
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
Requirements
- 4–6 years of litigation experience within a Business Litigation Practice Group
- Trusts and estates litigation experience is a plus
- Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skills
Pay
The salary range for this role is $210,000–$225,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors. Associates are also eligible for quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level.
