Qualifications
- 3-5 years of knowledge and experience in a range of general commercial litigation matters
- A strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice
- An excellent understanding of civil procedure
- Experience in commercial litigation case management, including taking and defending depositions and managing expert witnesses
- Court experience
- Admitted to the South Carolina bar or eligible for admission
- Excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Prior clerkship experience preferred
