Business Litigation Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Support a broad range of complex commercial and business litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials for trial and appellate proceedings.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and contribute to strategic case development.
• Work directly with partners and clients on high-stakes litigation and arbitration matters.
• Participate in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience gained at a top-tier firm.
• Federal clerkship experience (or current federal clerks completing the 2024–2025 term) highly valued.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative, client-focused approach.
• Active member of the Florida Bar (or eligible for admission).

Compensation

Salary Range: Competitive market rate (estimated $250,000 – $310,000 DOE)
