About the role

Hanson Bridgett’s Corporate & Risk Management Section seeks a mid-level Business Litigation Associate with 5–8 years of experience to join their collaborative litigation team.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and responding to written discovery
• Drafting and opposing motions
• Managing day-to-day case responsibilities
• Taking and defending depositions
• Preparing for trial
• Appearing in court
• Working directly with clients and opposing counsel

Requirements

Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

Qualifications

This is a hybrid position based in any of our California offices, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Rafael, Walnut Creek, San Diego, or Fresno.

Benefits

The annual base compensation range for this California position is approximately $245,000 to $285,000. Placement within the salary range depends upon a number of factors including, but not limited to years of experience and professional skills required for this role.
