Business Lending Internship

About the role

Underwrites commercial real estate credit reviews and analyzes the risks associated with the borrower's financial condition, recommending risk-rating changes where appropriate.

Performs financial reviews on required credits

Analyzes repayment ability and personal cash flow

Reviews and interprets personal and business credit reports

Analyses commercial leases

Follows for property insurance documentation

Performs property inspections

Other duties as directed

Responsibilities

Requirements

• One to three years of similar or related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Managerial Responsibility: Has no supervisory/managerial responsibilities
• Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, understand and carry out instructions in written and oral form.
• Physical Abilities / Working Conditions: Ability to talk, hear, sit, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms consistently. Ability to stand, walk, kneel and crouch occasionally. Vision Requirements: Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), Distance Vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more). Weight Lifted or Force Exerted: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Environmental: Noise Environment: Moderate noise (business office with computers and printers, light traffic)
