Responsibilities
- Lead integrated end-to-end (E2E) campaign strategy, development, and execution across all touchpoints
- Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for creative and account agencies, overseeing CPS, reporting, and reviews
- Create, pitch, and secure funding for activation ideas aligned to brand equity
- Oversee the production pipeline for creative, copy, video, social, and digital asset development
- Build, manage, and optimize brand partnership strategies, including studios, celebrities, and other partners
- Own influencer and social strategy and execution for category brand teams
- Ensure 100% completion of stewardship trainings and flawless adherence to governance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred
- 10+ years in brand management, integrated marketing, creative strategy, or related roles
- Demonstrated ability to develop big ideas and translate strategy into execution
- Strong understanding of digital, social, and creator ecosystems
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and secure funding for strategic initiatives
- Strong project management, budget management, and operational discipline
