- Build reports and analytics using Looker/LookML, Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos.
- Develop and optimize data workflows using Alteryx and Microsoft Fabric.
- Work with GCP to support data architecture, analytics, and performance.
- Write and optimize complex SQL for reporting, data transformation, and data modeling.
- Partner with business and technical teams to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and analytics solutions.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, governance, and consistency across BI solutions.
- Automate and improve BI processes while enhancing the overall user experience.
- Deliver production-ready solutions in a hands-on technical environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with one or more major BI platforms, particularly Looker/LookML, Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos.
- Strong SQL skills, including data modeling and query optimization.
- Experience with Alteryx and/or Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience working with GCP or cloud-based data platforms.
- Understanding of data pipelines, data modeling, BI development, and data governance.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Python experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hands-on BI professional who can work across data, analytics, and visualization rather than focusing only on dashboard creation. They should be comfortable working with SQL and modern data platforms, building production-grade BI solutions, and partnering with business teams to turn requirements into meaningful insights. Experience in enterprise-scale or supply chain environments and exposure to AI-driven analytics are additional advantages.
