Business Intelligence Developer/Report Developer

About the role

This position is critical for local payor extracts and at-risk contracts such as Excellus, Fidelis and Molina. Position is regional and supports both St. Joseph's and St. Peter's Health Partners. Hospital Experience highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Analyze and resolve issues related to reports and data
• Analyze, design and develop reports and extracts
• Manage vendors
• Project management
• Provide reporting maintenance and support reporting tasks related to routine system upgrades
• Provide technical support and coordination for clinical and operational leaders
• Support end user reporting training as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Healthcare or a Technical field required
• Minimum (3) years experience in a report developer role, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Self-directed with excellent organizational, analytical, writing, problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Chronicles – Basic understanding
• Crystal Reports – Mastery
• EPIC – Basic (certified) within (6) months
• KB
• SQL and/or SQL – Proficiency
• Microsoft Access, Excel and Word – Proficiency
• Microsoft PowerPoint and Project – Basic understanding
• Windows - Proficiency

Pay

$30.00-$36.60 based on experience and location
