The Suddath Companies is a multifaceted group of companies that specialize in worldwide corporate employee relocations, household moving, warehouse and logistics management and specialized transportation services." - Then EEO boilerplate: "The Suddath Companies provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws." We need to remove EEO/legal boilerplate. Also remove navigation/cookie etc (none). Also remove duplicated lines. We need to decide sections: About the role? Could be intro. "Why Choose Suddath..." could be About the company/role. Could be "About the role" or "About Suddath". The instruction: use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map content to these headings. We have: - Intro about company and why choose Suddath: could be "About the role" or maybe "About Suddath". Since they said "About the role" as example, we can use that. - "What We Offer!" includes benefits, pay schedule (weekly/biweekly), PTO, tuition reimbursement, 401k matching. So we can have sections: Benefits, Pay, maybe Schedule? Pay schedule is weekly/biweekly. Could be under Pay. Benefits: 401k, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement. Could also include "Benefits" section. - Summary: could be "Responsibilities" or "Summary". Might be better as "Responsibilities". But we also have "Essential Duties And Responsibilities" which is more detailed. So we could have "Responsibilities" covering both summary and essential duties? But we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps we put summary under "About the role" and essential duties under "Responsibilities". Or we could combine. - Qualifications: we have "QUALIFICATONS" (typo). That is qualifications. Could be "Qualifications" heading. - Skills: maybe part of qualifications. Could separate "Skills" but we have knowledge, skills, abilities. Could put under "Qualifications" or "Skills". The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine qualifications and skills into one "Qualifications" section. - Physical/Environmental Demands: maybe not a standard heading; could be omitted if not requested. The instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. It does have content. But we don't have a standard heading for that; we could use "Working Conditions" but not in list. Could we create a custom heading? The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not create other headings like Physical/Environmental Demands. We could fold that info into "Responsibilities" or "Working Conditions" not listed. Better to omit if not matching allowed headings. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop it unless we incorporate into allowed sections. Could we put physical demands under "Responsibilities"? Not appropriate. Could we put under "Requirements"? Not really. Could we put under "Qualifications"? Not really. Could we put under "Benefits"? No. Maybe we can create a section "Working Conditions" as h3 even though not in examples? The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exhaustive. So we can use other headings as needed, but must be h3. However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could add a "Working Conditions" section if needed. But we also have "PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS" which is substantive. We could include as a section "Working Conditions". That seems appropriate. We also have a line about "Please note this job description is not designed to cover..." which is boilerplate; we can drop. We also have "The Suddath Companies is a multifaceted group..." which is company description; could be part of "About the role". Already have intro. We need to remove EEO paragraph. Now craft HTML. Structure:
