Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to support Cyber Prime's cybersecurity, privacy, records and information management, and related enterprise initiatives for DHRA, including DMDC and OUSD(P&R).

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and implement KPIs and metrics for Information Protection activities, cyber risk posture, strategic initiatives, and program health and maturity.
  • Review existing KPIs and recommend updates that more effectively measure performance against DHRA strategic goals and leadership priorities.
  • Use Government-provided tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project Server, and cybersecurity platforms to present KPI data.
  • Create and maintain senior-leadership dashboards showing metrics, risk indicators, compliance status, and strategic-initiative progress.
  • Recommend and, upon Government approval, implement automation for KPI data updates through approved APIs, process changes, or automated data transfers.
  • Perform high-level systems analysis, integration, testing, documentation, and presentation activities for complex KPI and dashboard solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Active Secret clearance is required when the assigned duties require classified information or SIPRNet access.
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of six years of experience in the field.
