Responsibilities
- Develops and supports data solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Ensures data quality, reliability, and performance.
- Interprets and determines appropriate courses of action for work assignments.
- Writes and maintains modular code for automation, including SQL stored procedures and ETLs.
- Develops an understanding of the team’s underlying technology stack.
- Standardizes quality assurance procedures for software with Python and SQL queries.
- Oversees testing and debugging, and develops fixes for complex software-related issues.
- Researches and resolves complaints, making necessary adjustments and recommendations.
- Leverages subject matter experts and other resources to learn the business.
- Works in office 1-2 days per week (local candidates preferred).
Requirements
- 3-5 years of demonstrated software development experience or equivalent education.
- Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
- Procedural language for automation - python
- SQL query development, ETL support
- Ability to develop modular, reusable code and tools.
Qualifications
- Open-source contributions
- Experience in healthcare, insurance or risk adjustment
- PowerApp and PowerBI experience
- Databricks experience
- Ability to work in office 1-2 days per week (local candidates preferred)
