About the role

The IPAS team supports senior management by providing strategic assessments, actionable recommendations, and real-time escalations regarding firm investments and other ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement methods for collecting competitive intelligence, using various applications to structure and organize large amounts of data on individuals, their associates and related entities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Aid the team with the assessment & selection and due diligence processes for Investment Professional candidates.
  • Apply industry knowledge to tailor research on individuals of interest, producing comprehensive and insightful reviews efficiently and independently.
  • Produce high-quality reports for senior stakeholders while collaborating with internal teams to meet deadlines and be responsive to business needs.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to increase workflow productivity through the use of AI and automation tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Legal Studies, Political Science, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a due diligence, investigations, or competitive intelligence role.
  • Strong attention to detail while working on tight deadlines.
  • Experience using multiple research platforms, network analysis tools, and AI tools at a high level.
