Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance SSRS and Power BI reports supporting leadership, operational, clinical, and regulatory needs.
- Produce accurate, timely leadership, operational, and regulatory reporting deliverables.
- Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver insights that support auditability and regulatory readiness.
- Work extensively with data from Salesforce, eClinicalWorks (eCW), and Claim systems; understand and map data flows.
- Perform data analysis to validate, cleanse, and reconcile data across disparate sources.
- Design and develop new reports, and optimize existing reports/dashboards to improve usability, performance, and accuracy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into BI solutions.
- Support data governance initiatives by contributing to data standards, definitions, and quality rules.
- Help establish a unified data foundation and improve data reliability across the organization.
- Work closely with data engineering to ensure consistent and accurate data ingestion.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- SQL Server / T-SQL
- SSRS
- Power BI
- Demonstrated expertise with healthcare reporting, especially:
- CMS regulatory reporting
- State-level medical/clinical reporting
- Solid understanding of data integration, data modeling, and interoperability concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting data governance programs or enterprise data initiatives.
- Familiarity with healthcare operational workflows and clinical terminology.
- Background in a mission-driven or healthcare organization.
Pay
The annual salary range for the Business Intelligence Analyst position at Center for Elders’ Independence is $93,850 to $140,774. Placement within the range is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data, consistent with CEI’s annual compensation review and established compensation practices.
