About the role
The Business Intelligence Analyst will support the leasing and strategic asset management functions, assisting in portfolio strategy, designing Power BI dashboards, leveraging AI tools for market research and data synthesis, and partnering with senior leadership and market research analysts.
Responsibilities
- Drive portfolio strategy
- Design Power BI dashboards to track portfolio performance
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate market research and data synthesis
- Partner directly with senior leadership and market research analysts
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Analytics or similar
- 1-3 years’ experience in data analytics or market research
- Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and modern AI tools like Microsoft Copilot
Qualifications
Must be located in the DMV area for a hybrid-in-office work schedule.
