Business Insurance Account Manager I

Applicants must be within driving distance to our Nashville, TN office and able to commute a minimum of three days per week.
About the role
As a Business Insurance Account Manager I, you will build and maintain key client and carrier relationships while supporting the renewal process and client service needs.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain key client and carrier relationships by phone, email, and in person.
- Assist assigned clients and teammates with service questions related to administration, billing, claims issues, and problem-solving.
- Work with Producer and/or Marketing Account Executive to monitor and support the renewal process for assigned clients.
- Provide analysis and assist in recommending coverage needs to present to clients.
- Coordinate meetings with clients and/or producers to present renewals and supporting documents.
- Prepare marketing information or provide required details to a marketing person.
- Schedule and conduct teammate meetings in coordination with Marketing Account Executive or Producer and complete the implementation process.
- Prepare and deliver all applicable forms to clients.
- Use client management system(s) to update policies, log activities, document client meetings, carrier follow-up, and service issues.
- Provide administrative support on special projects and new ideas/services as needed.
Requirements
- Must be within driving distance to the Nashville, TN office.
- Ability to commute to the office a minimum of three days per week.
Qualifications
For the Ejecutivo Interno de Servicio role (Peru-based):
- Student in final year or completed degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance sector (general risks or P&C).
- Intermediate Excel skills, including databases and pivot tables.
- Commercial profile with customer service orientation.
