The Business Innovation Group (BIG) Rotational Program is designed for professionals seeking to gain a comprehensive understanding of a world-class business operation. This year-long experience involves rotating through key areas of the organization, working alongside experienced leaders, and contributing to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities

  • Complete immersive rotations across multiple business units
  • Learn how each area contributes to delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Partner with leaders on real business initiatives and process improvements
  • Build relationships with executives, mentors, and peers throughout the organization
  • Develop strong business acumen, leadership skills, and operational knowledge
  • Present ideas, collaborate across teams, and solve complex business challenges
  • Receive ongoing coaching and feedback throughout the program

Schedule

The program runs for one year, with start dates on October 5th or October 12th.
