About the Role

Join one of the largest law firms in the United States as an Immigration Paralegal in our Tampa, FL office. This role supports a fast-paced business immigration practice, working with domestic and international corporations to facilitate the transfer of skilled employees. Under attorney supervision, you will prepare and file visa applications, compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, maintain client documentation, and communicate with multiple attorneys.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file visa applications under attorney supervision.
  • Compile and analyze case facts.
  • Draft correspondence related to immigration matters.
  • Maintain and organize client documentation.
  • Communicate directly with multiple attorneys.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
  • 2+ years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience, preferably in a large law firm environment.
  • Knowledge of the NIV (Non-Immigrant Visa) processes.
  • Strong writing skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently toward team goals.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.
