Responsibilities
- Partner with Division leaders to provide financial guidance and support operational decision-making
- Lead financial planning and performance management for assigned businesses
- Monitor business performance, identifying risks and opportunities
- Develop business cases and financial analyses to support investments
- Collaborate with FP&A COE for high-quality planning and reporting
- Leverage AI tools and data for better forecasting and decision support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent 10+ years of progressive finance experience in business partnering, FP&A, or strategic finance roles
- Experience influencing decisions in a global, matrixed organization
- Strong business acumen linking financial performance to business strategy
- Prominent track record in leading planning, forecasting, and investment analysis
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
