Requirements
- 8+ years of professional, business, management, or leadership experience
- Strong business and communication skills
- Experience in consulting, business development, sales, management, or client-facing roles
- Comfortable speaking with people by phone and Zoom
- Able to follow a structured business development process
- Self-directed with strong time-management skills
- Able to commit approximately 15 hours per week
- Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for your own results
- Open to an independent, performance-based business structure
- Not suitable for students or recent graduates
- Computer, reliable internet, and phone access
