About the role
Lead change delivery efforts supporting Asset-Based Lending product initiatives. Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams to ensure seamless implementation. Manage dependencies and risks proactively to meet project milestones. Partner with Product Managers to support enterprise governance processes such as ECM, SDLC, Risk, Compliance, and Audit requirements. Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience in regulated financial services environments
- Strong leadership and execution skills with a focus on Agile product delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Proficiency with Jira and Agile tooling
- Ability to influence without authority and drive outcomes through collaboration
