About the role
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an Insurance Compliance Analyst to join their dynamic team. As an Insurance Compliance Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Insurance Support team, supporting compliance projects related to Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
Responsibilities
- Perform insurance policy reviews, renewal tracking, and ensure compliance with investor guidelines.
- Serve as the main point of contact for insurance questions, coverage requirements, and investor guidelines.
- Obtain invoices, paid receipts, and evidence of insurance within 30 days of renewal.
- Review loan documents, appraisals, engineering reports, seismic, and environmental reports to determine insurance requirements.
- Conduct annual reviews of insurance certificates, policies, and invoices to verify compliance.
Requirements
- Experience in insurance risk and commercial insurance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to review and interpret complex loan documents and insurance policies.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae guidelines is preferred.
