Business Excellence Intern

About the role

Ensure that all master data is updated to support the efficiency and accuracy within distribution center operations. Support the Business Excellence team on data analysis.

• Update master data fields in SAP PRD and PEW modules, including product master data for components and finished goods, customer master data, and potentially vendor master data.
• Update and revise work instructions and other documentation.
• Create training videos to support knowledge transfer to full-time employees.
• Other duties and responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Ability to read, understand, and follow documented instructions.
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
• Exposure to ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, or other business analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Power BI is a plus.
• Familiarity with driving a forklift is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and email communication is preferable.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, with a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
