About the role
You are responsible for providing product and service information to customers/union workers as well as training your own team of representatives to become the top team in the state of New England. As an independent benefits specialist, you will work with a dynamic team of sales agents who share your desire to win and serve others.
Entry-level associate and fast-track management positions are our priority. Promotions are 100% merit and performance-based—you will have the opportunity to grow as fast as you want. Senior-level and partner roles can be accomplished within 2–3 years, with the opportunity to own an agency available to top-tier performers.
Pay
First-year associates earn between $65K and $100K annually. We train our leaders to earn six figures in their first 1–2 years in the business. Earnings are uncapped due to weekly bonuses, commission advances, recruiting bonuses, and are 100% performance-based at all levels of the career.

- Comfortable speaking with others and presenting on camera via Zoom during consultations
