Business Education Instructor

About the role

The Missouri Women's Business Center seeks a Business Education Instructor to teach, coach, and support small business owners.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate business classes and workshops
• Provide one-on-one coaching to small business owners
• Cook up and manage educational events
• Build relationships with community partners
• Help entrepreneurs access tools and resources
• Assist with client communications, data management, reporting, and program support

Requirements

• Prefer experience in business coaching, entrepreneurship, business education, or a related field
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Ability to build relationships with clients, business owners, and community partners
• Experience using Microsoft Office and computer databases
• Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team
• Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends for classes and events

Qualifications

• Strong background in business, entrepreneurship, coaching, training, or education
• Energetic and organized professional
• Comfortable presenting to groups both in person and virtually
