Business Education Instructor
About the role
The Missouri Women's Business Center seeks a Business Education Instructor to teach, coach, and support small business owners.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate business classes and workshops
- Provide one-on-one coaching to small business owners
- Cook up and manage educational events
- Build relationships with community partners
- Help entrepreneurs access tools and resources
- Assist with client communications, data management, reporting, and program support
Requirements
- Prefer experience in business coaching, entrepreneurship, business education, or a related field
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients, business owners, and community partners
- Experience using Microsoft Office and computer databases
- Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team
- Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends for classes and events
Qualifications
- Strong background in business, entrepreneurship, coaching, training, or education
- Energetic and organized professional
- Comfortable presenting to groups both in person and virtually
Skills
