Business Development-Sr Mgr

We help our customers understand how our platform, network, and IoT (Internet of Things) solutions will help their businesses work better, faster, and be more secure— and solve real business problems. This is where you come in. Your role will be to seek new or established businesses to join the sharing market and to bring together the right public and private organizations to partner on our IoT Share Solutions platform to build a strong ecosystem for customers—and cement our position as the market leader.
Responsibilities
- Seek new or established businesses to join the sharing market and bring together the right public and private organizations to partner on our IoT Share Solutions platform.
- Anticipate critical gaps and future needs and make the right business and technology connections to offer the best integrated solutions.
- Build innovative ways for people, businesses, and things to stay connected.
- Understand the asset management needs of public and private organizations.
- Identify, develop, and implement new business opportunities, solutions, and go-to-market strategies to address market needs.
- Develop strategic relationships with business partners, like OEMs, to build out our offerings and drive growth.
- Maintain internal and external partner alignment and craft commonalities to support platform and service integration.
- Plan and forecast, prepare budgets, identify metrics, and evaluate performance.
- Encourage solutions in new business pitches and demonstrations in the marketplace to expand awareness and build momentum.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
- Experience marketing or selling complex technical solutions.
- Willingness to travel domestically.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree is preferred.
- An MBA is preferred.
- Experience with wireless industry, IoT solutions, M2M technology and OS platforms is preferred.
- Experience selling and managing large, complex engagements and projects with multiple partners, including C-suite, is preferred.
- Experience forging partner relationships and agreements is preferred.
- Executive presence and influence skills are preferred.

Pay
The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $116,500.00 - $223,000.00. The annual salary range for the Illinois location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $128,000.00 - $223,000.00.
