Responsibilities
- Attend and lead discovery calls with inbound prospects
- Follow up on open deals
- Communicate with and build/deliver proposals to prospects
- Collaborate with the operations team to schedule onboardings
- Support leadership with sales reports
- Build proposals for other team members
- Maintain and update deals in the CRM
- Collaborate with operational team members to build and implement new inbound funnels for lead generation
Requirements
- Executive presence (required)
- Ability to edit and proofread proposals and build basic sales reports
- Ability to complete tasks on or ahead of time with minimal supervision
- Ability to work as a team player and communicate with non-co-located team members
- Ability to learn new subjects quickly and communicate information with authority
- Experience with PipeDrive, Microsoft Office products, Canva, and the Adobe Suite
- Experience managing sales funnels and multiple concurrent sales opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business, 2-5 years of real-world experience
- Experience in the Digital Marketing industry (a plus)
- Great problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience working directly with corporate clients
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence on video calls
- Strong self-starter and goal-oriented nature
