Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Inside Sales reps to ensure all open sales opportunities in your region are fully qualified.
  • Research all possible business solutions that might benefit the customer.
  • If there are opportunities greater than 6 months old with no activity, re-engage, re-qualify, and move along with the reps or close the opportunity.
  • Respond to new leads same day or within 24 hours; then follow the 3/5/7 day follow up.
  • Prolonged interaction with existing customers and cold calling outside of the customer base.
  • Identify new targets to qualify and convert for Regional Sales Directors and Inside Sales reps.
  • Develop strategic approaches to engage with new prospects, current and past clients, using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Salesforce CRM, and other available third-party sources of information.
  • Continually maintain a high degree of understanding of Swisslog Healthcare's solution offerings and knowledge of market trends and key issues influencing business.
  • Participate in trade shows and/or follow up on leads provided from trade shows.
  • Effectively tailor our brand messaging and create value to continue qualifying the lead.
  • Utilize our CRM tool to notate all details about the prospective sales lead, adding valuable new data and ensuring that the contact information is correct and all notes are entered.
  • Research hospital facility RFP sites to ensure that we are on the most up-to-date sites to receive new bid opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, serving as a liaison between the sales lead and their Regional Sales Director or Inside Sales Rep.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement consultants to give presentations to prospective leads in order to further qualify them.
  • Prepare and manage all prospecting lists, and accurately track customer interactions and information within Salesforce.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer support, including working with new team members and helping to train them in our policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience with prospecting calls.
  • Associate or bachelor degree; or equivalent experience.
  • Outbound client contact skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience in both SAP and SalesForce.com strongly preferred; or equivalent CRM experience.
  • Able to utilize internet search and reporting functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Experience being held to metrics/KPIs.

Application Requirements

  • Desirable, but not essential: Presentation production experience, small-event management experience.
