Role Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM) identifies potential investors interested in multifamily real estate opportunities and invites them to investor presentations. This role focuses on sparking curiosity and building relationships rather than traditional sales, with senior team members handling closing and onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Generating investor leads through prospecting and outreach
  • Inviting prospects to comprehensive investor presentations
  • Building rapport and intrigue to motivate participation
  • Achieving performance metrics to advance to leadership roles
