The Opportunity We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to engage qualified U.S. prospects and help turn early interest into high-quality sales opportunities. You will be the first commercial conversation for prospects generated through Integrant's marketing activity. Your role is to understand the prospect's context, communicate relevant value, assess fit, and create a strong next step with the appropriate technical and commercial stakeholders. This role requires strong communication, curiosity, persistence, and the ability to build natural rapport with U.S. business and technology leaders. What You'll Do Respond promptly to marketing-qualified leads and engage prospects through personalized email, LinkedIn, phone, events, and follow-up conversationsResearch target accounts, industries, and buyer roles to ensure each interaction is relevant and informedCommunicate Integrant's value proposition across AI, Agentic/ADLC, data, cloud, and digital-engineering servicesConduct discovery conversations to understand business priorities, technical challenges, current initiatives, decision process, timing, and fitQualify leads against agreed criteria and convert suitable prospects into sales-qualified opportunitiesSchedule high-quality meetings for leadership, sales, and technical SMEsMaintain accurate CRM records, including account details, activity, qualification notes, next steps, and lead statusWork closely with the Marketing Lead to provide feedback on lead quality, buyer questions, messaging gaps, and recurring objectionsRepresent Integrant professionally in client meetings, industry events, and relevant networking opportunitiesTravel for client meetings and events as required, estimated at approximately 5-6 trips annually Requirements 3+ years of B2B business-development, lead-qualification, inside-sales, SDR, BDR, or client-facing commercial experienceExcellent spoken and written English; able to communicate naturally and confidently with U.S. prospectsExperience engaging warm inbound, event-generated, referral, or marketing-qualified leadsStrong discovery, listening, rapport-building, follow-up, and qualification skillsAbility to explain complex services in simple, customer-focused languageFamiliarity with software, IT services, digital transformation, AI, data, cloud, or technology consulting is strongly preferredStrong understanding of CRM discipline and lead-management processesHigh energy, resilience, emotional intelligence, curiosity, and professionalismComfort engaging U.S. business and technology stakeholders and building culturally natural relationshipsBased in San Diego or able to work from San Diego and travel to customer meetings as needed Nice to Have Experience qualifying enterprise or mid-market technology buyersExperience with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar sales toolsExperience supporting B2B campaigns, webinars, events, or account-based marketing activityFamiliarity with MEDDICC, BANT, SPICED, or another lead-qualification frameworkExisting network in San Diego, Southern California, or the broader U.S. technology market Benefits Salary paid in USDSix-month career advancing opportunitiesSupportive and friendly work environmentPremium medical insurance [employee +family]English language development coursesInterest-free loans paid over 2.5 yearsTechnical development coursesEmployment referral programPremium location in MaadiSocial insurance
