Business Development Manager – RSM Fuel Cards
About the role
RSM Fuel Cards is an exciting new division of the RSM Group. This is a rare opportunity to join at the very beginning, shaping the future of our fuel card offering and playing a key role in building a high performing sales team. The role is based in Halifax, West Yorkshire and is full-time.
Responsibilities
- Lead new business development, targeting SME’s and fleet operators
- Build and manage a pipeline of high value opportunities
- Develop strong client relationships through effective account management
- Conduct fuel usage and business reviews to drive retention and growth
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
- Support the Sales Manager in shaping sales processes and best practices
Requirements
Proven track record in B2B sales or business development
Experience managing full sales cycles
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
Strong presentation skills and comfortable in closing large deals

Pay and Perks
- Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 DoE
