Job Responsibilities
- Possess consultative, solution-based selling techniques
- Manage the entire sales cycle including prospecting, presentations, site visits, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals
- Conduct heavy phone prospecting, in-person sales presentations, and virtual demonstrations
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key decision makers and influencers
- Accurately forecast sales deliverables, manage pipeline activity, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in Salesforce CRM
- Identify client needs and develop customized service proposals demonstrating clear value
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing teams to respond to bids and meet sales targets
- Meet specific daily activity benchmarks and consistently close business
- Cultivate existing client relationships and identify opportunities to expand accounts
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Industry background in distribution, logistics, facilities management, property management, construction, Cintas or similar service industries (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large territory and multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM (consistent pipeline logging required)
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
- Must disclose any active non-competes at time of submission
