Business Development Manager – Albertsons Safeway
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences.
We need to parse the posting.
Key sections:
- Intro paragraph: "BUILT ON FLAVOR..." etc. That's prose.
- "About The Role" heading: description of role.
- "Location & Travel": location and travel details.
- "Key Responsibilities Include": list of responsibilities broken into subheadings (Customer Strategy & Relationship Management, Assortment, Innovation & Omnichannel Growth, Sales Planning, Forecasting & Trade Management, Customer Selling & Retail Execution, Performance Management & Cross-Functional Leadership). Each has bullet points.
- "Skills & Experience": list of requirements.
- "Pay Transparency": salary range.
- "Seasoned For Success": culture description (maybe not a required section but could be part of About the role? It's more about company culture; we could include as a paragraph under maybe "About the role" or separate? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine culture into About the role or maybe a separate "Company Culture" but not required headings list doesn't include that. We could omit or incorporate into About the role.
- "Benefits That Bring More To The Table": benefits description.
- "Our Recipe For Balance": flexibility description.
- "Where Every Ingredient Matters": EEO statement (should be removed as boilerplate). Also accommodation request line (should be removed as boilerplate). So we remove EEO and accommodation.
We need to output sections: About the role (maybe combine intro and About The Role?), Responsibilities, Requirements (Skills & Experience), Benefits, Pay. Possibly Schedule? Not given explicitly; travel % is given but not schedule. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states schedule (like full-time, part-time). Not present. So omit Schedule.
We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. So we will include:
-
About the Role
: include intro paragraph (maybe combine the initial fluff and About The Role description). Actually the intro is separate from About The Role heading. We could put the intro as a before the heading? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". It doesn't forbid having a heading before About the Role. We can have a
for the introductory fluff, then
About the Role
with the role description.
- Location & Travel
: maybe we could incorporate into About the Role? But it's separate substantive content. Could be its own section. However the allowed headings list does not include Location & Travel. The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests we should use those headings when applicable. It doesn't forbid other headings, but to follow instruction we should stick to those headings. So we should not create a Location & Travel heading; we should fold that info into About the Role or maybe into Responsibilities? Probably fold into About the Role as a paragraph.
- Responsibilities: we need a Responsibilities
with a - list. Should we break down subheadings? The instruction says use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have a single list of responsibilities, maybe grouping but still list items. Could also have nested lists? Probably fine to have flat list.
- Requirements/Skills: we could combine Skills & Experience into Requirements or Skills. The allowed headings include Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We can choose Skills. Provide a
- list.
- Benefits:
Benefits
with - list.
- Pay:
Pay
with containing salary range.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details from Location & Travel, from Seasoned For Success (culture), from Our Recipe For Balance (flexibility). Where to put them? Could incorporate into About the Role paragraph(s) as additional prose.
We must not include EEO boilerplate.
We must not include application instructions (the accommodation request line). Remove.
We must not include duplicated lines.
Now let's extract substantive content.
Intro fluff:
"BUILT ON FLAVOR. FUELED BY PEOPLE. What’s it like to work at Kinder’s? Well, there’s a lot of snacking and geeking out over what we all cooked over the weekend. Beyond that, there’s also plenty of hard work. Because we don’t just like flavor, we’re obsessed with it. With over 100 products sold nationwide, we’re now a top-five brand in multiple flavor categories at Costco, Walmart, Whole Foods, and more. We’re not your typical CPG company. Privately held and founder-led, we like to think of ourselves as a pirate ship in a sea of cruise ships. Our crew is adventurous and fearless. We chart our own course and chase big ideas to make food unforgettable. As we expand globally and approach $1 billion in revenue, we need more smart-and-scrappy, flavor-obsessed people to come aboard. If you’re looking for a place where you can see the real impact of your work... this is it! Every day, you’ll be part of a journey to add flavor to millions of meals and lives."
That's prose.
