Business Development Internship | Fall 2026

About the role

Brilliant Agency, a respected and rapidly growing agency specializing in family-oriented brands, is seeking a REMOTE Public Relations & Business Development Intern to join their dynamic team. The position offers 15 hours per week and is open to applications year-round.

Responsibilities

• Support in the day-to-day sales responsibilities working under the New Business Development team
• Well versed with platforms such as Google Drive, AirTable, HubSpot, TikTok, Instagram, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and CreatorIQ
• Aid in the development and creation of sales presentations to brand partners and internal new business team on a weekly basis
• Identify prospective client targets and assist in building pitch lists
• Improve writing skills by drafting campaign copy and research material
• Support marketing team by maintaining strong working relationships with internal cross-functional teams to align calendars
• Collect and report back appropriate metrics for monitoring our new client business and marketing efforts
• Contribute to benchmarking and industry intelligence by providing summaries of key findings and trends

Requirements

• You must be a rising sophomore, junior, or senior
• Previous office internship experience required in the marketing or public relations space
• Experience with Google Drive 3.0
• GPA or above
• Commit at least 15 hours a week during our normal office hours or 8-5 in your time zone
