Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative
Capital Ford of Charlotte is seeking a driven, customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative to join our high-volume, fast-paced dealership. Our BDC team is already thriving and handling a strong flow of activity, and we're looking to add another standout team member who can keep pace and contribute to continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate leads for commercial and B2B sales through various channels
- Utilize online research, networking, and industry events to build a robust pipeline
- Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and requirements
- Schedule appointments for commercial sales meetings and product/service demonstrations
- Clock with commercial sales managers to ensure seamless scheduling
- Address customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally
- Other duties assigned
Requirements
- Education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Familiarity with lead generation and CRM systems
- Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly
- Strong sales instincts and the ability to identify and capitalize on commercial sales opportunities
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software
- Motivated by achieving and exceeding commercial sales targets
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct in all commercial sales activities
- Must pass pre-employment background screenings
