About the role
Capital Ford of Raleigh is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves managing leads, building relationships, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to incoming leads via phone, email, and online inquiries
- Manage and prioritize leads to ensure timely and consistent follow-up
- Engage customers to understand their needs and vehicle preferences
- Provide information on vehicles, services, and current promotions
- Highlight key features and value to help move customers through the sales process
- Schedule appointments and create sales opportunities for the showroom team
- Collaborate with sales consultants and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Stay informed on inventory, promotions, and market trends
- Absorb additional duties as needed
Requirements
- Experience in sales or customer service (automotive or BDC experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone and via email
- Goal-oriented with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and build customer rapport
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and technology
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Adaptable and open to learning new processes and systems
