• Handling a high volume of inbound service calls
• Making 30+ outbound calls to fill the schedule
• Working closely with the service team to manage capacity
• Overcoming objections and asking for the appointment on every opportunity
• Setting service appointments
• Driving outbound activity
• Supporting the service team
• Delivering a high-quality customer experience
• Creating opportunities
• Guiding conversations
• Owning the service schedule
• Staying focused and productive throughout the day
• Managing multiple conversations at once
• Bringing energy and urgency to every call
• Being comfortable with repetition and structure
• Handling pressure during busy periods
