Job Summary

Requirements
- Ability to connect with customers through engaging communication
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience in customer service industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and use of smartphones and tablets
- High School Diploma or equivalent
