Job Summary

Business Development Center Associate at Ed Rinke Chevrolet Buick GMC is a full-time hourly customer service position. The individual in this role acts as the customer's first point of contact, both in person and through digital marketing, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

• Handle customers' inquiries and questions efficiently and accurately
• Act as the customer's advocate, addressing their needs, problems, and concerns
• Aid customers in purchasing vehicles
• Increase customer loyalty and retention
• Build relationships with customers
• Generate leads through digital marketing
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools

Requirements

• Ability to connect with customers through engaging communication
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experience in customer service industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and use of smartphones and tablets
• High School Diploma or equivalent
