Key Responsibilities
- Assist BD leaders in managing active partnerships: prepare briefs, maintain partner records, and coordinate follow-ups.
- Support proposal development and ensure timely delivery of materials for institutional clients.
- Track partnership activities and maintain accurate CRM data for visibility and reporting.
- With time, drive outreach to further TTS's commercial efforts
- Respond to inbound leads
Public Course Outreach
- Collaborate with Marketing and the PC lead to coordinate outreach campaigns for open-enrollment courses.
- Manage lists, update calendars, and ensure timely communication to prospective participants.
- Provide logistical support for PC initiatives, including scheduling and resource alignment.
Commercial Enablement
- Develop and maintain templates, case studies, and outreach playbooks to streamline BD and PC efforts.
- Aid in preparing presentations and collateral for client meetings and webinars.
- Support pricing and packaging consistency in proposals.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain CRM hygiene: update contacts, activities, and notes accurately.
- Monitor campaign progress and share insights with commercial leadership.
- Cook up internal resources to ensure smooth execution of BD and PC initiatives.
