Business Development Associate
Responsibilities
- Lead information and data to be verified and understood.
- Connect with Lead on LinkedIn and understand recent activity and personality type.
- Perform initial individual reach outs with calls and personal emails includes logging call types and details into CRM and recording of all emails.
- Add or adjust CRM data based upon information received during individual reach outs.
- Perform post presentation individual reach outs with calls and personal emails for maintaining top of mind awareness. Includes logging call types and details into CRM and recording of all emails.
- Convert lead to Account and Contact in CRM based upon lead having an opportunity and/or face to face meeting.
- Create opportunity in CRM with all required data fields.
- Perform initial individual LinkedIn invites and continued messaging based on response.
- Ongoing updates to all opportunities in CRM to ensure current accurate pipeline including Handover Date and Decision Date up to the point of a QQO.
Requirements
- Education: Associate degree or specialized training beyond high school (e.g., technical/vocational programs).
- Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of prior relevant industry experience.
Qualifications
- Assist in planning and achieving day-to-day objectives, contributing to task allocation within the team.
- Identify, define, and address complex problems through logical analysis, finding innovative solutions.
- Check and correct issues in existing systems and processes, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with internal resources and experts to meet client needs, assisting in managing client communications.
- Participate in client strategy discussions, providing input and support for problem-solving and service development.
- Exercise discretion in issue resolution, with moderate oversight from the Manager for non-routine situations.
- Work as part of the team, providing support to higher-level professionals, and learning from their guidance and feedback.
- May assist in onboarding and training new team members, under the supervision of higher-level employees.
