Responsibilities

  • Support the growth and expansion of sports outreach initiatives by identifying, developing, and coordinating new team screening and partnership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with athletic organizations, schools, clubs, coaches, and community partners to increase program participation and awareness.
  • Assist with handling calls on the injury hotline.
  • Schedule direct access patients and physician referrals.
  • Auxiliary in outreach efforts, event coordination, lead generation, partnership development, and tracking key growth metrics.
  • Onsite AT coverage as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).
  • Preferred to be licensed in both MO and IL.
  • Ability to effectively communicate the value of athlete screening, injury prevention, and performance enhancement services to prospective partners.
  • Highest level of organization, relationship-building skills, and proactivity.
  • Passionate about advancing athlete health and wellness through community engagement and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • Minimum one year of AT clinical experience.

Skills

  • Subject matter expert in sports medicine and athletic performance.
  • Comprehension and explanation of results for return to play programs.
  • Proficiency with DorsaVi, VALD, C3 Logix technology (a plus).
