Responsibilities
- Support the growth and expansion of sports outreach initiatives by identifying, developing, and coordinating new team screening and partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with athletic organizations, schools, clubs, coaches, and community partners to increase program participation and awareness.
- Assist with handling calls on the injury hotline.
- Schedule direct access patients and physician referrals.
- Auxiliary in outreach efforts, event coordination, lead generation, partnership development, and tracking key growth metrics.
- Onsite AT coverage as needed.
Requirements
- Must be a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).
- Preferred to be licensed in both MO and IL.
- Ability to effectively communicate the value of athlete screening, injury prevention, and performance enhancement services to prospective partners.
- Highest level of organization, relationship-building skills, and proactivity.
- Passionate about advancing athlete health and wellness through community engagement and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
- Minimum one year of AT clinical experience.
Skills
- Subject matter expert in sports medicine and athletic performance.
- Comprehension and explanation of results for return to play programs.
- Proficiency with DorsaVi, VALD, C3 Logix technology (a plus).
