Responsibilities

• Send and manage personalized outreach messages to prospective clients to set up meetings.
• Write and edit messaging and data inputs to ensure zero typos, accurate personalization, and professional tone.
• Monitor replies, categorize leads based on interest, and handle basic follow-ups or initial responses using sound judgment and common sense.
• Coordinate closely with senior sales team members to seamlessly hand off interested leads and schedule meetings.
• Maintain clean records, track outreach campaign metrics, and ensure prompt follow-ups.

Requirements

• Exceptional written English skills are critical (C2 top proficiency required).
• Ability to craft polished, clear, and persuasive messages without grammar or spelling errors.
• Fast learner who can quickly master new sales software, tools, and platforms.
• Ability to read the room, understand prospect intent, and make quick, logical decisions about how to respond or route a lead.
• Comfortable managing routine, high-volume repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent accuracy and high standards.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
• Positive, self-driven attitude to handle structured daily routines without losing enthusiasm or quality.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and initiative.
