Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Honourable Managing Director regarding business operations, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities.
- Cook with different departments to collect, monitor, and update business progress reports.
- Prepare business performance reports, MIS reports, presentations, and analysis for management review.
- Analyze business data, identify trends, and provide insights for business improvement.
- Follow up on key business projects, action plans, and ensure timely execution.
- Support the Managing Director in meetings, documentation, communication, and follow-up activities.
- Aid in preparing business plans, proposals, and strategic documents.
- Act as a communication bridge between the Managing Director and different business units.
- Maintain confidentiality of business information and management decisions.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE)
