Business Controller

About the role

This position is for a Business Controller within the KONE Northeast District. The ideal candidate will leverage financial expertise to analyze and monitor regional business performance, providing insights to drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor business performance across the region
• Provide meaningful insights to support strategic decision-making
• Partner with cross-functional teams to forecast, plan, and ensure financial operations align with company standards and objectives
• Interpret financial data, track key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including business controlling expertise
• Strong foundation in accounting, analysis, and reporting
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial systems like SAP or Hyperion
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred

Pay

The hiring range for this role is $192,600.00 – $252,735.00. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
