Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, billing, and revenue recognition to ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and professional development while creating an environment of collaboration and trust.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning, including variance analysis and reporting to senior management.
- Implement and maintain internal controls and financial safeguards to protect company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.

- Coordinate internal and external audits, serving as the primary liaison for auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Perform special projects, as required, to assist the department and the Company in achieving its goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with executives to develop financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives and risk management.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and tax compliance, including planning and reporting obligations.
- Adhere to federal, state, and local legal standards by remaining knowledgeable and notifying senior leadership about existing, new, and future legislation.
- Manage the monthly close process ensuring deadlines are met.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of cash management, AP, AR, and collections.
- Prepare required reporting for ANDRITZ finance team.
- Review financial results with department and project managers monthly.
- Promote collaboration between the accounting staff and the operations staff.
Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance required.
- CPA required.
- 10+ years of related accounting experience with demonstrated progression and past supervisory experience.
